Understand the purpose, permitted use and limitations of Myzodika’s symbolic tools and content.

1. Scope and publisher

Myzodika.com is part of the MadkWeb network at madkweb.be. It extends the Zodika project for an international audience. MadkWeb is the project’s publishing and technical contact; the network name does not describe a separate legal entity or imply that visitor information is shared automatically between its websites. These terms describe the permitted use and limitations of the free calculators, tarot draw and editorial content currently offered on Myzodika. They do not cover a purchase or paid consultation; none is currently offered.

2. Entertainment and symbolic reflection

Astrology, tarot and numerology content is offered for entertainment, cultural exploration and personal reflection. Interpretations are not scientifically validated predictions, diagnoses, personality assessments or evidence of what another person thinks. No reading guarantees a future event, compatibility, pregnancy, health outcome, financial gain or other personal result.

3. Important decisions

The site does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. Do not use a result to replace qualified advice, stop treatment, gamble, invest, or make consequential decisions about yourself or another person. Seek appropriate professional assistance for your circumstances.

4. Calculations and uncertainty

Results depend on the information supplied and the stated method. The Sun sign calculator uses tropical solar longitude and shows possible signs when the birth time and time zone are unknown. The life path calculator uses the digit-sum convention described on its page. The tarot draw selects cards randomly without replacement. Alternative conventions can produce different interpretations. Errors can occur; report a suspected error rather than treating a result as authoritative.

5. Access and acceptable use

You may access the public pages and use the tools for their stated purpose. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate the publisher or misrepresent the results as certified professional advice. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service, subject to applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

Original content, branding and graphical elements are protected where applicable. Linking to a public page is welcome. Reproduction or commercial reuse requires authorization unless permitted by law or an applicable licence. Third-party components retain their own licences, including the MIT-licensed Astronomy Engine. Nothing here removes statutory quotation or other lawful exceptions.

7. Availability and responsibility

We aim to explain our methods clearly and correct reported errors, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content or a particular personal outcome. Maintenance and technical incidents may interrupt access. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, intentional misconduct or other protected categories, or removes mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not provide a blanket waiver of the publisher’s legal obligations.

8. External websites and advertising

Links to MadkWeb and other websites lead to services with their own notices and practices. A link does not guarantee the accuracy of every external page or endorse every third-party offer. The site has been registered with Google AdSense for review; advertising is not currently active. Any future advertising must be identifiable and accompanied by the disclosures and consent controls applicable to the implementation. Advertising does not make a symbolic interpretation more reliable.

9. Privacy

Birth dates entered into the current calculators are processed locally without being sent to a server or saved by the application. Contact messages and technical access data are separate matters described in the privacy notice. Membership of the MadkWeb network is not consent to marketing or to sharing personal data across sites.

10. Updates, questions and disputes

Material changes will be reflected in a dated version of these terms. Changes are not intended to remove rights already acquired. Contact MadkWeb to report a concern or request clarification. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the rules that govern your circumstances; no clause here deprives consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts available under those rules.
